Doing everyday tasks with your non-dominant hand has been shown to strengthen emotional control and make you feel calmer. So try brushing your teeth or using your phone with your left hand if you’re right-handed, or vice-versa. It will feel strange at first, but in a little while, you’ll feel more relaxed.
